“Most business owners tend to find themselves working on their business more than in their business. Yet their strengths and skills are opposite.”
I have a passion for business discussions, creative problem solving and understanding how to make organizations better. Vendors, customers, staff, policies and systems can combine in unanticipated ways that steal time and energy from the real business of business owners. During my early sessions these “discussions” are synonymous with “discoveries”. The right coach serves two roles in this scenario.
First, they help decipher how the variety of business commitments and requirements are intertwined and their impact on an owners performance, drive and motivation.
Second, they help owners recognize whether they have the proper skills to develop effective and efficient solutions for these challenges.
